kyuHQ one-pager
A commercial evaluation pathway for independent boutique hotels and aparthotels in Brisbane and South East Queensland.
Under a pilot arrangement, guests scan a QR code and open a guest page of on-property movement options — gym, room, walk, kit, hours and outdoor space — without signing in. The hotel receives a weekly one-page report.
What the hotel gets

- QR codes that open that page from the room, lobby or print. No guest app and no guest account.

Weekly report
Four numbers, one human observation, and one action. No dashboards and no AI insights.
- Awareness opens — times the property page opened.
- Amenity views — times amenity detail pages were viewed.
- Follow-through rate — heading-there taps divided by amenity views.
- Reported uses — times a guest tapped that they used an amenity.
The report also includes an Amenity mix breakdown showing which amenities were viewed. Amenities with fewer than 5 views are hidden.
Guest privacy
Guests stay anonymous. No names, rooms, bookings or devices. Hotels see property-level totals only. Any count under 5 is hidden. Reported uses are self-reported counts. Raw events are kept for 90 days; automatic deletion runs daily.
kyuHQ and kyuflow
kyuHQ describes on-property options. It does not deliver exercise. kyuflow delivers exercise, requires sign-in, and is a separate product.
